CONWAY, Ark., April 26, 2017 -- Home BancShares, Inc. (NASDAQ:HOMB), parent company of Centennial Bank, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a regular $0.09 per share quarterly cash dividend payable June 7, 2017, to shareholders of record May 17, 2017. This cash dividend represents a $0.0025 per share, or 2.9%, increase over the $0.0875 cash dividend paid during the second quarter of 2016 and is equal to the $0.09 per share cash dividend paid during the previous three quarters.
