Hana Bank is expanding its wealth management in collaboration with online auction house Seoul Auction Blue by building new ventures such as nonfungible tokens and metaverse platforms.
The bank added that it would also offer conventional art activities with Seoul Auction Blue, such as selling art collections and running online art education and community.
Hana Bank will provide consulting services for clients interested in purchasing and selling artworks while offering storage services and organizing art exhibits featuring clients' personal artwork collections.
Hana Bank CEO Park Seong-ho said they aim to become the ‘art bank’ by addressing the needs of affluent clients and the MZ generation with exquisite art services.
In 2020, Hana Bank established the Arete Cube Gold Club center with Seoul Auction Blue, which offers educational services about culture and art to the children of high-net-worth individuals and consulting for collectors seeking to invest in art funds.
