TAMPA, Fla., Oct. 17, 2016 -- The board of directors of HCI Group, Inc. (NYSE:HCI), a holding company primarily engaged in homeowners insurance, with additional operations in reinsurance, real estate and information technology, has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend in the amount of 30 cents per common share for the fourth quarter of 2016. The dividend will be paid December 16, 2016 to shareholders of record on the close of business November 18, 2016.
