Data released so far:
- Germany - Producer price index remained at same level of June in July, still down -1.3% from a year ago.
- Switzerland - Trade balance grew again in July to 3.741 billion from 3.51 billion.
- Greece - Current account balance rose to € 1 billion in June from € 0.4 billion in May.
- UK - Headline retail sales rose by 0.1%, lower than expected at 0.4%, however retail sales excluding fuel rose by 0.4% compared to -0.3% drop prior.
Upcoming:
- UK - Conference board industrial trends survey to be released at 10:00 GMT.
- Portugal - Current account balance for June to be released today.
- US - Initial jobless claims to be released at 12:30 GMT, followed by CB leading indicator at 14:00 GMT, along with Philadelphia FED manufacturing survey and existing home sales. EIA will release weekly natural gas report at 14:30 GMT.
