Data released so far –

 

Australia – Private capital expenditure declined 5.2% in first quarter.

 

Upcoming –  

                                                                                                               

  • Spain – First quarter GDP will be released at 7:00 GMT. Prior 3.5% y/y.

 

  • Switzerland – First quarter industrial production will be released at 7:15 GMT. Prior -7.7%.

 

  • Italy – Retail sales for March will be released at 8:00 GMT. Wage inflation for April will be released at 9:00 GMT.

 

  • UK – First quarter GDP will be released at 8:30 GMT. Prior 2.1%. GFK consumer confidence report will be released at 23:00 GMT.

 

  • United States – Weekly jobless claims report will be released at 12:30 GMT, along with durable goods orders. Pending home sales report will be released at 14:00 GMT. EIA will release weekly Natural gas inventory report at 14:30 GMT. Kansas City FED manufacturing survey will be released at 15:00 GMT. FED’s Bullard is scheduled to speak at 10:00 GMT and Powell at 16:00 GMT.

 

  • Japan – National CPI for April and Tokyo CPI for May will be published at 23:30 GMT.

 

  • Auctions – U.S. will auction 7 year note at 17:00 GMT.
