Not many economic dockets scheduled for today, however some are with high risks associated.

Data released so far

  • Australia - New home sales rose 3.1% in January. Fourth quarter GDP expanded by 0.6%, up 3% from a year ago.
     
  • Switzerland - Swiss economy grew 0.4% in fourth quarter.

Upcoming 

  • Spain - Unemployment change for February will be released at 8:00 GMT.
     
  • UK - Construction PMI will be released at 9:30 GMT. MPC member Broadbent is scheduled to speak at 10:00 GMT. MPC member Cunliffe will be holding speech at 14:00 GMT.
     
  • Euro Zone - Producer price inflation report for January will be released at 10:00 GMT.
     
  • US - MBA mortgage applications will be released at 12:00 GMT, followed by ADP employment report at 13:15 GMT. ISM New York will be released at 14:45 GMT. EIA will release crude oil inventory report at 15:30 GMT. FED will release Biege book at 19:00 GMT.
     
  • Australia - AIG performance of services index will be released at 22:30 GMT.
     
  • New Zealand - Global dairy auctions scheduled for today.
     
  • Auctions - US will auction 1 month and 12 month bills at 16:30 GMT.
