Not many economic dockets and events scheduled for today. Focus will remain on unscheduled commentaries surrounding Brexit and first quarter GDP data from the United States.

Upcoming:

  • Germany: Import price index for May will be released at 6:00 GMT. Prior -6.6 percent y/y.
     
  • France: Consumer confidence for June will be released at 6:45 GMT.
     
  • Italy: Consumer and business confidence will be released at 8:00 GMT.
     
  • United Kingdom: CBI trade survey will be released at 10:00 GMT.
     
  • United States: First quarter GDP will be released at 12:30 GMT, expected 1 percent. PCE inflation will also be released along. S&P/Case-Shiller home price will be announced at 13:00 GMT. Prior 5.4 percent. Consumer confidence for June will be released at 14:00 GMT. Richmond Fed manufacturing index will be announced at 14:00 GMT. FOMC member Powell will speak at 23:00 GMT.
     
  • Japan: Retail trade report for May will be released at 23:50 GMT.
     
  • Auction: United States will auction 1-month bills at 15:30 GMT and 5-year note at 17:00 GMT.
