Data released so far:

Australia: HIA new home sales up 6.1 percent in December.

China: Retail sales rose by 10.9 percent y/y in December. GDP rose by 1.7 percent in the fourth quarter, up 6.8 percent from a year ago. Industrial production is up 6 percent y/y and urban investment is up 8.1 percent.

Upcoming:

Germany: Producer prices for December will be released at 7:00 GMT.
United Kingdom: Retail sales details for December will be released at 9:30 GMT.
Greece: Current account balance for November will be reported at 9:30 GMT.
Canada: Consumer price details for December and Retail sales for November will be reported at 13:30 GMT.
United States: President Donald Trump will give his inauguration speech at 14:00 GMT, same time as Fed’s Harker.
