- Australia: Consumer inflation expectations rose to 4 percent in December.
- United Kingdom: November House price balance came at -11 percent, down from -10 percent in October.
Upcoming:
- Germany: November CPI inflation report will be released at 7:00 GMT.
- France: November CPI inflation report will be released at 7:45 GMT.
- Switzerland: SNB will announce rate decision 8:30 GMT, followed by a press conference at 9:00 GMT. November PPI inflation report will be released at 9:15 GMT.
- Eurozone: ECB will announce rate decision at 12:45 GMT, followed by a press conference 13:30 GMT.
- United States: Weekly jobless claims report will be released at 13:30 GMT, along with the release of terms of trade numbers. EIA will release its weekly natural gas inventory report at 15:30 GMT.
- Canada: ADP employment report will be released at 13:30 GMT, along with the release of new house price report.
- Japan: Tankan manufacturing report will be released at 23:50 GMT.
- Auction: the U.S. will auction 1-month bills at 16:30 GMT, and 30-year bonds at 18:00 GMT. Spain will auction 3-yr, 5-yr, and 10-yr bonds today.
