Societe Generale suggests keeping strong exposure to French stocks. The French government is in the process of implementing a set of reforms involving public spending controls and corporate tax cuts, about which the Street and consensus economists appear skeptical.
Having passed the "Macron bill" in Feb to implement a number of labour market reforms, the government announced last week its plans to reinvigorate investment, ahead of the forthcoming Juncker plan.
