NEW YORK, July 25, 2017 -- Falcon.io, a social media management and customer experience (CX) platform, now allows customers to grow their business and guide social engagement strategy through new Instagram Measurement reports. Customers will gain a deeper understanding of clicks, reach, engagement, Story consumption, and more with the ability to create customized reports as well as plan and moderate activities under one platform. As a result, brand marketers can further strategize on which campaigns are most effective, and will also know which steps to take when they aren’t seeing the best outcomes. This functionality is built in close collaboration with Instagram through exclusive early access to the new Measurement API’s, which Instagram publicly announced on July 24th.

Instagram has over 700 million users and its Stories feature alone is used daily by over 250 million users, which is more than the total number of daily active users on Snapchat’s entire platform. In fact, over half (54%) of 5,700 marketers commonly use Instagram compared to just 7% utilizing Snapchat. Through Falcon.io, scheduling, collaborating on and measuring performance of posts and Stories on Instagram can be done directly in one centralized platform. Customers are also able to measure impressions, reach, replies, and exits for each of their Stories to help steer and streamline their overall marketing strategy.
Apart from Stories, Falcon’s Instagram Measurement will provide customers deep insights to their followers’ location, age, and even gender. Both small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs) and large corporations will benefit from this data, as location information is available by country and city. With an understanding of where the majority of users are based and when they are online, businesses can further strategize on ideal times to share content. By tracking the amount of new followers on a daily basis, customers can also pinpoint what type of content converted users to followers, or determine which posts may have spread virally.
“Falcon.io’s Instagram Measurement gives us the intelligence we need when it comes to reaching more customers with better content,” said citizenM. "Identifying demographic details, reach, and engagement rates of our posts helps us optimize our content strategy towards our primary audience, consisting of urban explorers and mobile citizens. It truly gives us a holistic view of what's resonating, and with whom.”
Falcon.io’s Instagram Measurement will be generally available to all customers on July 31. To learn more about Instagram marketing, download our free handbook, How to Create a Social Content Strategy. For more information on the Falcon platform, visit: www.falcon.io.
