(OTCQX: FNCB), parent company of FNCB Bank, today announced it has received approval to list its shares of common stock for trading on The Nasdaq Capital Market® (“Nasdaq”). FNCB expects that its shares of common stock will begin trading on Nasdaq under the symbol “FNCB,” effective with the opening of the market on Monday, March 5, 2018. FNCB’s shares of common stock, which have been trading on the OTCQX Marketplace (the “OTCQX”) since February 17, 2015, will continue to trade on the OTCQX under the symbol “FNCB” until the market closes on Friday, March 2, 2018.
