CBS's modern retelling of the classic Sir Arthur Conan Doyle may be quieter compared to other shows getting ready for their upcoming season premiere's, with “Elementary” season 7 still in the works. But this doesn't stop the show's main star from sharing his excitement about the upcoming installment.
Jonny Lee Miller, who plays the iconic Sherlock Holmes, has been getting busy putting in some hours in the director's chair. Miller has already directed two episodes in the show's current season and it seems the show's star has acquired a taste for being behind the camera and will be bringing more of his newfound joy to “Elementary” season 7.
While an official announcement of Miller's directing role has yet to be announced for “Elementary” season 7, Miller's own Instagram posts have shed some light on the possibility that the actor may already be behind some of the episodes in the show's upcoming installment.
A little over a month ago, Miller posted a picture of a director's chair on Instagram with the caption describing his desire to bring his film career out of storage.
The next couple of weeks would see Miller using the hashtag “#director” often accompanied by pictures of what seem to be on-set scenes for “Elementary” season 7.
So far, Miller has revealed sets of what appear to be Brooklyn and Harlem, as well as a prison scene that Miller describes as being scouted potentially for “Elementary” season 7. Thankfully, Miller's excitement is also generating great sneak preview content for fans of the show trying to figure out where “Elementary” season 7 will be taking its stories.
Fans of the show looking forward to “Elementary” season 7 may have to wait a bit longer for an official season premiere date for the show as details have yet to be released by CBS. With the last season breaking the show's usual fall broadcast schedule, fans can hopefully look forward to “Elementary” season 7 to airing its season premiere episode sometime in April 2019.
