WASHINGTON, Feb. 10, 2016 -- DuPont Fabros Technology Inc. (NYSE:DFT), a leading owner, developer, operator and manager of enterprise-class, carrier-neutral, large multi-tenant wholesale data centers, today announced that seven of its data centers within four markets that require SSAE 16 attestation have been found to be suitable in design and operating effectively according to Service Organization Control Reports (“SOC1”). The seven data centers are located in Virginia, New Jersey, California and Illinois. These reports were prepared under Statement of Standards for Attestation Engagement No. 16 (“SSAE 16”) by one of the top four independent auditing firms.
