(“Dentsply Sirona”) (NASDAQ:XRAY), The Dental Solutions CompanyTM, today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.0775 per share of common stock, an indicated annual rate of $0.31 per share. The dividend is payable on January 13, 2017 to holders of record on December 30, 2016.
