Miami, FL, Feb. 08, 2018 -- Data Science Salon Miami, introduced by the creators of the Domino Data Science Popup Series and Plotcon, will host its 1st two-day data science forum in Miami for the finance and technology industry, Thursday, February 8th and Friday, February 9th at CIC Miami. The intimate event curates data science sessions to bring specialists in finance and technology face-to-face to educate each other on innovative new solutions in artificial intelligence, machine learning, predictive analytics and acceptance around best practices. Data Science Salon attendees are executives, senior data scientists, entrepreneurs, developers, and business development professionals in finance and technology.

Chelsea Douglas, Senior Data Scientist at Plotly is a big fan of Python and Jupyter notebooks: Python has tons of packages for data science and Jupyter notebooks provides an easy-to-use environment that helped me keep all of my work organized when getting started with Python & data science. She also likes SQL, Plotly and Dash which she’ll be using at her Salon workshop for interactive visualization and reporting aspects of data science.
Anton Antonov, Applied Mathematics Consultant at Accendo Data LLC uses Mathematica, R, RStudio, H2O, and SQL.
