SAN MATEO, Calif., April 27, 2017 -- Coupa Software (NASDAQ:COUP), a leader in cloud-based spend management, today announced that Thomas Kase has joined the company as Director of Content Development and Thought Leadership. In this role, Kase is responsible for showcasing quantified value that has been delivered by Coupa.
Based in Atlanta, Kase brings 20 years of experience from on-demand solutions – stretching from e-commerce to spend analytics, strategic sourcing, supply base management, governance risk & compliance, supplier diversity and social responsibility – to contract lifecycle and procure to pay solutions. He also has experience with travel and expenses and SOW complex services procurement solutions.

For five years, Kase worked at Spend Matters as vice president of research and lead analyst where he was responsible for sourcing, supplier management and other initiatives in the source-to-pay area. He penned articles and white papers for SpendMatters.com that cover a broad range of procurement topics, including solution assessments, marketplace trends, and best practices.
