SAN MATEO, Calif., May 18, 2017 -- Coupa Software (NASDAQ:COUP), a leader in cloud-based spend management, today announced the general availability of Perfect Fit Insights (PFI), a feature that uses Coupa’s cloud platform community intelligence, automated recommendations, and advanced goal setting and measurement to help customers increase the value of their spend management program on a continual basis.
Announced as an early access program in January, PFI helps deliver cross-customer savings, efficiency, and adoption metrics. The application helps Coupa extend its commitment to Value as a Service by making PFI available to all Coupa customers without additional subscription fees.
PFI helps organizations track and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) inclusive of customer specific goals, trends and category leader indexes. More than 25 cross-customer benchmarks provide extensive performance insights ranging from first-time match invoice rate to expense report approval cycle time.
“We’ll now be able to continuously improve our results by setting goals, tracking and comparing our performance against the rest of the Coupa community,” Rone Luczynski, managing director procurement and supply chain at Service Corporation International. "We're excited to take advantage of the advanced community intelligence in Perfect Fit Insights."
Once customers enter their success goals, performance against the goal is presented and each success goal shows specific improvement recommendations created using Coupa community intelligence. Customers may then create recommendation related tasks, assign to users or groups, and track completion.
“Through the years, we’ve worked closely with customers to set goals, measure the results, and implement recommendations for improvements,” said Donna Wilczek, vice president strategy and product marketing at Coupa. “PFI uses community intelligence embedded in a kaizen approach that increases the value of our customers’ spend management programs. Our customers and their Coupa success managers now have a powerful new framework to help customers improve results on an ongoing basis.”
Born in the cloud, Coupa delivers a modern spend-management platform that accelerates business by unifying processes across all the ways employees spend money. These processes cover travel and expense management, procurement, invoicing and related source-to-settle areas. Using the Coupa Open Business Network, the platform has connected more than 3 million suppliers and delivers a powerful solution for businesses committed to controlling their spend.
