HOUSTON, Feb. 02, 2017 -- Civeo Corporation (NYSE:CVEO) (“Civeo” or the “Company”) today announced that it has priced an underwritten public offering of 20,000,000 common shares at a price to the public of $3.00 per share. The Company has also granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 3,000,000 additional common shares. The offering is expected to close on February 7, 2017, subject to customary closing conditions. The Company expects to use the net proceeds from the offering to repay amounts outstanding under its revolving credit facilities and for general corporate purposes.
