CipherHealth's automated engagement platform, Voice, received the highest overall score of 91.5 and was recognized as a top performer in multiple areas in KLAS' "Patient Communications 2017- How are organizations reaching out to patients?" report. The report incorporates evaluations from 178 providers at hospitals and clinics. CipherHealth scored significantly above market average for key performance indicators in patient outreach, including Proactive Service, Ease of Use, and Overall Product Quality. The company also stood out in its ability to drive positive tangible outcomes (such as reducing avoidable readmissions) using post-discharge follow-up calls that allow its clients to identify at-risk patients and help other patients schedule and keep follow-up appointments.
“The big change we have seen since we have brought in CipherHealth’s Voice product has been our declining readmission rate, “stated a healthcare administrator. “As far as tangible outcomes with CipherHealth Voice are concerned, we have a really high response rate around 90%. We thought that patients wouldn’t like getting calls from a robot or wouldn’t pay attention to those calls, but that is not true for our patients.”
When asked about the KLAS ratings, CipherHealth Co-Founder Alex Hejnosz said, "We continuously strive to exceed client expectations with our service and solutions. By focusing on delivering the best technology with the best support, we help drive reductions in readmissions, improvements in patient satisfaction, and better care delivery.”
The findings from the 2017 KLAS report highlight CipherHealth's dedication to delivering the best communications and engagement solutions for both providers and patients.
