China's 13th 5year Plan to be in focus in Q4

Finally, the focus in Q4 will be the draft of China's 13th 5-year Plan with main economic targets to be unveiled at the 5th Plenum of CPCCC meeting in late October. 

"While an annual growth target could still be introduced, the most important end-targets would be doubling GDP and income per capita by 2020 from their 2010 levels", says Barclays. 

In addition, the negotiation on a bilateral investment treaty (BIT) with the US could proceed with a negative list of entry to be discussed.
