NEW YORK, March 28, 2018 -- Chimera Capital Partners, LLC, a special purpose investment vehicle funded by significant investors announced today that it has the commitment capital for U.S. real estate investments. The company also went on to say that it is exploring various acquisitions, in the States.
A company spokesperson said, “There have been no formal real estate purchase agreements signed to date for any hotel.” All of the company’s current acquisitions are being funded with conventional capital and not by any token sales or any ICO.
