COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo., Nov. 06, 2017 -- Cherwell Software, LLC, a global leader in IT and enterprise service management solutions, today announced that Ryan Pellet has been appointed senior vice president (SVP) of customer success and will report directly to Cherwell Software’s CEO, Craig Harper.

Prior to joining Cherwell, Pellet served as SVP of services and consulting at Welltok, a leading consumer health enterprise SaaS company. Pellet led multiple customer-facing organizations and helped the company become one of the fastest-growing software companies in Colorado this year. Prior to Welltok, Pellet served as chief strategy officer for Nexidia (now Nice Analytics), a leader in interaction analytics for business transformation. As CSO, Ryan supported the creation, communication, execution and sustained organizational alignment supporting Nexidia’s strategic growth.
Before Nexidia, Pellet served as the lead executive for the Center for Applied Customer Analytics and the Global Consulting Services Practice at Convergys Corporation, a customer experience management company and the largest customer experience outsourcer in the world. At Convergys, Pellet led the company’s application and use of analytics within the company’s two billion customer interactions.
