NASHVILLE, Tenn., Jan. 11, 2018 -- Chem-Dry, the world’s largest carpet and floor cleaning franchise, is continuing its successful international expansion in Africa and across the globe with a recent master franchise agreement in Morocco.
“Globally, we are the largest floor cleaning brand, and we’re still growing,” says Joe Manuszak, Vice President of International Development for Chem-Dry. “We see significant growth in regions with burgeoning middle-class populations. Our expansion into Morocco builds on the momentum we see across Africa.”
Over the past 30 years, Chem-Dry has successfully proven itself in markets everywhere from Southeast Asia to the Caribbean and has seen huge success in Africa with master franchise agreements in place in Egypt, Angola, Libya, Tanzania, Guyana, Namibia, Zimbabwe, South Africa, Botswana and now Morocco.
Moroccan entrepreneur Sidi Mohamed El Khallaki purchased the rights to Morocco and has the right to open over 40 new franchise locations across the country.
“We’re honored to have secured the rights to Chem-Dry for Morocco, and we are looking forward to a fruitful collaboration as we grow,” said El Khallaki. “Casablanca, Lez and Marrakesh have all experienced growth, with large numbers of new hotels open and Chem-Dry is a good solution for floor, rug and upholstery cleaning."
Chem-Dry is the world's largest carpet, upholstery and hard surface floor cleaning franchise with nearly 3,500 franchise locations, serving 10,000 homes and businesses each day. Chem-Dry is aggressively seeking master franchise owners who want to bring this successful American brand to their country. Master franchisees own the franchising rights to an entire region or country and are instrumental in growing the brand globally.
In addition to carpet cleaning through its revolutionary Hot Carbonating Extraction process, which is environmentally friendly, Chem-Dry provides tile and stone cleaning, granite countertop refreshing and leather and upholstery cleaning.
“The Chem-Dry business model works in global markets with rapidly growing middle-class populations,” said Joe Manuszak, Vice President of International Development. “As income levels and prosperity grow, so does demand for home services and cleaning businesses.”
