Chamber of Digital Commerce adds consulting firm Wipfli

Chamber of Digital Commerce, the first Washington DC-based trade association representing the blockchain and digital asset industry, has added accounting and business consulting firm Wipfli LLP as its member.

According to the official release, Wipfli ranks among the top 20 accounting and consulting firms in the U.S. The company is providing private and publicly held businesses with a wide range of industry-focused solutions, including cybersecurity, technology consulting and  risk management for more than 80 years. It also focuses on financial institutions, which would be leveraged by the use of blockchain technologies and digital assets.

“As a business leader and an innovator, Wipfli wants to leverage our deep industry knowledge and depth of expertise in financial services including regulatory compliance, bank secrecy, anti-money laundering and cybersecurity to collaborate with other business leaders to shape the future of payments and delivery systems and the disruption around digital assets. Our membership in the Chamber of Digital Commerce will provide our firm with the opportunity to help lead this evolution in the business world,” Brian Blaha, partner and Wipfli’s Growth Leader said.

The Chamber of Digital Commerce representing leading innovators and investors in the digital assets and blockchain ecosystem, offers its membership to startups, financial institutions, IT consultancies, investment companies, among others. The Chamber recently added Cognizant to its Executive Committee.

“Wipfli is very excited to join the Chamber of Digital Commerce as it aligns well with our continued effort to be thought leaders in the financial services industry and to be a voice for our small and medium-sized financial services clients in this fast-changing and evolving sector of the economy,” JoAnn Cotter, partner-in-charge of Wipfli’s Financial Institutions Practice said.
