(Nasdaq: CETX, CETXP, CETXW), a world leading industrial and manufacturing company, announced today that the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) has declared effective its Form S-3 Shelf Registration Statement, which had been filed by the Company on June 5, 2017.
Under the effective shelf registration statement, Cemtrex may from time to time issue up to an aggregate $20,000,000 of securities, subject to certain limitations relating to the Company’s public float. The specifics of any future offering, along with the prices and terms of any such securities offered by Cemtrex will be determined at the time of any such offering and will be described in detail in a prospectus supplement filed in connection with such offering. Currently, the Company has no specific plans to issue any securities under the registration statement.
