(the “Company”) (NASDAQ:CBNJ) announced that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.10 per common share on January 18, 2016. The dividend is expected to be paid on or about February 16, 2016 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on February 1, 2016.
