LOWELL, Mass., Dec. 29, 2016 -- CSP Inc. (NASDAQ:CSPI) today announced that the Company will file a Form 12b-25 notification of late filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission to receive a 15 day extension to file its Annual Report on Form 10-K (“Annual Report”). The delay in the filing of the Annual Report was due to expanded testing of revenue transactions for the Company’s European Operations. As a result, the Company’s independent auditors have not completed their audit of the Company’s financial statements for the fiscal year ended September 30, 2016. The Company expects to report revenue growth of approximately 16% for fiscal 2016 as compared to fiscal 2015, and to report positive earnings per share for the full year and fourth quarter ending September 30, 2016. The Company expects to file its Annual Report, with its audited financial statements, no later than January 13, 2017.
