“Black Clover” chapter 236 has yet to arrive after it was delayed for weeks. Then again, spoilers are already here so fans can get a glimpse before the chapter is released.
When the next story is released, the readers will see a returning character. Zenon will be introduced again in “Black Clover” chapter 236, but his entrance is not exactly pleasing. In fact, it was hectic and violent as he suddenly showed up in the Clover Kingdom and attacked the Golden Dawn.
Zenon’s “Bone Magic”
Of course, William Vangeance, who is the first captain of the said kingdom’s Golden Dawn squad of the Magic Knights, will not allow the intruder to wreak havoc, so there will be a fight. Unfortunately, Zenon is powerful, and they realized this after he launched his “Bone Magic.” Even when Alecdora Sandler came to help William, they failed to beat him in“Black Clover” chapter 236.
Rather, many of the Clover Kingdom’s knights were injured, and Yuno saw this when he returned. Still, they could not stop Zenon. The Knights vowed to retaliate as the intruder hurt so many members of the Clover squad as per Fandom.
It appears that he will not leave until he gets what he wants, and that is the Arcane Stage Mage. After the fight with William, Zenona also started to desire the “World Tree Magic” that William has and intends to bring it to the Spade Kingdom.
Yuno comes home
As mentioned, Yuno will return to Clover in “Black Clover” chapter 236. He might be planning to assume his position as the leader, but it is yet to see if this will happen. Then again, with Zenon going all-out and have no intention of leaving until he got what he wants, more fights are expected in the upcoming chapter.
Release date
“Black Clover” chapter 236 will be released on Jan. 20, but the raw scans will already be out by Jan. 17 at 4 p.m. JST, as per Otakukart. As usual, it will be published on Shonen Jump’s weekly magazine that can also be found on VIZ’s website.
