FORT LEE, N.J., March 03, 2016 -- Bancorp of New Jersey, Inc. (NYSE MKT:BKJ), the holding company of Bank of New Jersey, today announced that Michael Lesler has resigned his position as director, chief executive officer and president of the holding company and the bank. Mr. Lesler’s resignation will be effective March 18, 2016. Gerald A. Calabrese, Jr., Chairman of the Board, will serve as interim chief executive officer and president while the company’s board of directors conducts a search for a new chief executive officer and president.
