(OTC Pink:BWTX), through its recently acquired subsidiary Nationwide Property Partners, Inc., continues to accelerate its rental property purchases in Genesee County, Michigan. Nationwide has now closed on a total of fifty-six rental properties in Flint, Burton, and surrounding county areas. Nationwide’s most recent acquisition is an eight-unit multifamily building with seven of the eight units already rented. “We are pleased with our progress in Genesee County” stated Craig Dondero, Nationwide’s President. “It’s great to see the properties begin to produce steady rental income each month as we grow our portfolio.”
Bakken Water Transfer Services is also pleased to announce that, through its subsidiary, Dakota Energy Resources Corporation, it recently signed four additional water source agreements in preparation for an active drilling season in the Bakken Shale region of North Dakota where higher oil prices are driving demand for surface water.
