BTS is set to hold their concert tour in 2020, and it will begin April. It will kickstart in Seoul, South Korea, with 2-night performances on two executive weekends starting on April 11.

The seven-member boy band will be visiting several key cities in various countries that include the U.S. North America, Europe, and Japan. Tickets for the “Map of the Soul” concerts have already started to be sold, and it was reported that that venues in North America are almost already sold out.

Sold out tickets in the U.S.

According to Forbes, the tickets there went on sale on Friday, Feb. 7, and as of Monday afternoon of Feb. 10, seven of the 15 scheduled shows are already sold out. It was said that the locations where tickets have run out are New Jersey, Chicago, Toronto, Atlanta, Dallas, Santa Clara, California, Pasadena. Sold out tickets is not really surprising anymore since the group that consists of RM, Jin, Jimin, J-Hope, Jungkook, V, and Suga was listed as the highest-grossing touring group last year.

New album launch

Prior to the BTS’ concert tour that will begin in two months, the group will release a new album on Feb. 21. It was simply titled “Map of the Soul: 7,” and some of the tracks like the “Black Swan” were already released as a preview.

In any case, aside from their album launch and concert tour preparations, BTS is also busy with other activities such as TV guesting appearances and special stage performances. Just recently, they attended the Grammy Awards, and they made history with that as the first Korean artists to perform.

They shared the stage with Lil Nas X and sang “Old Town Road” with the rapper. This is the BTS’ second appearance at the Grammy’s, but they came last year as presenters. The seven members were praised for their style and visuals as well when they walked the red carpet, and fans around the world trended the BTS’ name on social media.

Finally, BTS is also set to have their own shows this year, and this was already revealed by Big Hit Entertainment. One of these is a language tutorial program where the members will teach their fans how to speak Korean.
