Asian markets trading on a mix note, Gold hits fresh 2 –month low in early Asia

All the major Asian stock markets are trading on a lower note on Friday and Gold hits fresh 2- month low in early Asian hours. Later today Fed Chair Yellen is due to speak about her groundbreaking achievements at Radcliffe Day 2016, in Massachusetts. It may bring high volatility in Forex market.

On the other side, Japan released core CPI data with positive numbers at -0.3% m/m and USD/JPY remains well supported below 110 marks.

Japan’s Nikkei N225 was trading 0.46% higher at 16,848 points in Tokyo.

South Korea’s Kospi was trading 0.33% higher at 1,963.16 points.

Hong Kong’s Hang seng index was trading 0.19% lower at 20,359 points.

Australia’s S&P/ASX 200 was trading 0.59% higher at 5,420.60 points.

India’s BSE Sensex was trading 0.41% higher at 26,474.40 while NSE Nifty up by 0.55% to 8,110.40 points.
