Asian markets mixed, gold marginally higher at $1,257

All the major Asian indices were trading on a mixed note on Friday. Gold was trading around $1,257 mark while silver was trading around $17.16 marks.       

Japan’s Nikkei was trading 0.41 pct lower at 19,731.50 points.

Hong Kong’s Hang seng was trading 0.01 percent higher at 25,634.00 points.

Australia’s S&P ASX200 was trading 0.67 percent lower at 5,750 points.

Shanghai composite index to open down 0.2 pct at 3,101.29 points and China's CSI300 index to open down 0.2 pct at 3,479.62 points.

South Korea’s Kospi was trading 0.60 pct higher at 2,357.01 points.

Taiwan’s market was trading 0.23 percent lower at 10,085.44 points.

India’s NSE Nifty was trading around 0.33 percent higher at 9,542.55 points and BSE Sensex was trading at 0.42 percent higher at 30,877.74 points.
