Asian markets mixed, gold and silver sharply down

Most Asian indices are trading on a mixed note on the Monday. Today is relatively data free calendar.  On the other side, gold and silver were trading sharply lower in early hours of Asia. Gold was trading around $1,332 and silver was trading around $18.90 marks.

Japan’s Nikkei 225 was trading 0.28 percent higher at 16,591.42 points.

South Korea’s Kospi was trading around 0.66 percent lower at 2,042.11 points.

Shanghai composite index to open flat at 3,107.38 points and China's CSI300 index to open flat at 3,364.68 points.

Hong Kong's Hang Seng was trading 0.33 percent lower at 22,862.14 points.

Australia's S&P/ASX 200 was trading 0.13 percent higher at 5,519.10 points
