Major Asian indices were trading on a mixed note on Wednesday. On the other side, gold and silver were trading on a higher note in early hours of Asia. Gold was trading around $1,314 and silver were trading around $18.80 marks.
Japan’s Nikkei 225 was trading 0.89 percent higher at 16,876.42 points.
South Korea’s Kospi was trading around 0.34 percent lower at 2,032.11 points.
Shanghai composite index to open down 0.1 pct at 3,072.92 points and China's CSI300 index to open flat at 3,310.57 points.
Hong Kong's Hang Seng was trading 0.14 percent lower at 22,988.24 points.
Australia's S&P/ASX 200 was trading 0.90 percent lower at 5,429.10 points.
