Asian markets marginally higher, gold and silver hit fresh 4-month low ahead of NFP job data

Asian indices were trading marginally higher on Wednesday but the commodities like gold and silver hit fresh 4-month low ahead of U.S. ADP as well as NFP job data. Gold hit fresh 4-month low at $1,266 and silver hit fresh 4-month low at $17.69 marks. The main event for the day is U.S. ADP job data and at the end of the week, U.S. will release NFP job data.  

Chinese banks will be closed in observance of National Day.

South Korea’s Kospi was trading 0.04 percent higher at 2,054.36 points.

Japan’s Nikkei was trading around 0.56 percent higher at 16,829.24 points.

Hong Kong's Hang Seng was trading 0.56 percent higher at 23,822.24 points.

Australia's S&P/ASX 200 was trading 0.49 percent lower at 5,457.10 points.
