Asian markets in red, gold stabilises above $1,320

All the Asian indices were trading on a negative note on the start of a new week. On the other side, gold remains well supported above $1,320 mark but silver slips below $19.00 mark. Silver was trading around $18.92 levels.

Japan’s Nikkei 225 was trading 1.51 percent lower at 16,708.42 points.

South Korea’s Kospi was trading around 1.82 percent lower at 2,002.11 points.

Shanghai composite index to open down 1.3 pct at 3,037.51 points and China's CSI300 index to open down 1.4 pct at 3,271.87 points.

Hong Kong's Hang Seng was trading 2.62 percent higher at 23,468.24 points.

Australia's S&P/ASX 200 was trading 2.25 percent lower at 5,219.10 points.
