Asian markets continue to trade higher, gold hovers around $1,290

Most Asian indices are trading on the positive note on Tuesday. Japanese Yen gains in early hours on the back of upbeat meeting minutes. On the other side, gold remains well supported above $1,280 marks and trading around $1,288 levels.

Japan’s Nikkei N225 was trading 0.51% higher at 16,046.53 points in Tokyo.

South Korea’s Kospi was trading 0.20% lower at 1,977.17 points.

Shanghai composite index to open up 0.3 pct at 2,898.38 points and China's CSI300 index to open up 0.4 pct at 3,124.90 points.

Hong Kong’s Hang seng was trading 0.35% higher at 20,582 points.

Australia's S&P/ASX 200 was trading 0.51% higher to 5,283.80 points on Tuesday morning in Sydney.

New Zealand's S&P/NZX 50 was trading at 6,873.93 points on Tuesday in Wellington.
