Asian markets continue to trade higher, gold almost flat at $1,317

All the major Asian indices are trading on a higher note on Thursday. On the other side, Yen appreciates despite lower than expected industrial production data and currently trading around 102.75 marks.

Gold falls below $1,320 mark and hovers around $1,316 levels.

Japan’s Nikkei N225 was trading 0.80% higher at 15,691.40 points in Tokyo.

South Korea’s Kospi was trading 0.49% higher at 1,965.17 points.

Shanghai composite index to open flat at 2,931.48 points and China's CSI300 index to open up 0.1 pct at 3,152.83 points.

Hong Kong’s Hang seng was trading 1.54% higher at 20,760.15 points.

Australia's S&P/ASX 200 was trading 1.69% higher to 5,229.80 points.

New Zealand's S&P/NZX 50 index rallied 1.26% to 6,892.11 points on Thursday afternoon in Wellington.
