SANTA MONICA, Calif., Jan. 12, 2018 -- Advanced Design and Manufacturing (ADM) Cleveland, Ohio’s only comprehensive design and manufacturing event, today announced new features at the upcoming 2018 event including exhibitor-to-attendee matchmaking and a battery-focused conference track. This year’s event marks the second annual ADM Cleveland expo and conference after a successful introduction to the Midwest market in 2017, which saw over 2,600 professionals from a variety of industries at the intersection of advanced manufacturing in attendance. Taking place March 7-8, 2018 at the Huntington Convention Center of Cleveland, ADM Cleveland will showcase the latest in automation, design engineering, packaging, plastics, robotics and more. This year’s new focuses were selected to maximize the attendee experience. Highlights include:
- Attendee-to-Exhibitor Matchmaking: Attendees will have the opportunity to meet with up to 100 participating companies across the two-day event for focused, one-on-one meetings tailored to specific areas of interest and products offered. Registration for the attendee-to-exhibitor matchmaking will open one month before the event.
- Battery Technology Conference Track: The addition of the new, one-day battery technology conference track will highlight companies that are developing groundbreaking technologies in this space including Avicenne, CSA Group, Ohio Fuel Cell Coalition and more. The conference will examine trends within the industry, including predictions on future energy storage technology, regulatory concerns with the growth of the battery marketplace and battery application in automotive and medical technology.
