NEW YORK, Oct. 05, 2016 -- Advanced Accelerator Applications S.A. (NASDAQ:AAAP) (“AAA” or the “Company”), an international specialist in Molecular Nuclear Medicine (MNM), today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 3,947,369 American Depositary Shares (“ADSs”) representing ordinary shares of the Company at a public offering price of $38.00 per ADS, before underwriting discounts and offering expenses. The gross proceeds from the sale of the ADSs, before underwriting discounts and commissions and offering expenses, are expected to be approximately $150 million. In addition, the underwriters have a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 592,104 ADSs on the same terms and conditions.
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Jefferies LLC and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering. Canaccord Genuity Inc. and JMP Securities LLC are acting as co-managers. The offering is expected to close on or about October 12, 2016, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
