SAN RAMON, Calif., March 12, 2018 -- AMF Media Group (AMF), an award-winning full-service marketing agency, announced today that it earned five American Advertising Awards, including Gold and Best of Show for its City of San Luis Obispo Tourism Business Improvement District “Be Here” campaign. The agency also won Gold for its San Luis Obispo County Farmers’ Market Association newspaper insert, and was recognized for its work with Cal Poly and Sierra Vista Regional Medical Center.
The award program, formerly known as The ADDYs, is the advertising industry’s largest and most representative competition, attracting over 40,000 entries every year. American Advertising Awards are granted by the American Advertising Federation and reward the creative spirit of excellence in the art of advertising.
“We are very excited to be honored by the American Advertising Federation, one of the nation’s oldest and most prestigious advertising trade associations,” said Vintage Foster, CEO of AMF Media Group. “These winning campaigns and projects are a result of our talented and creative people collaborating with great clients to make award-winning and impactful work.”
The Best of Show campaign, “Be Here,” featured a virtual reality-capable, 360-degree video that captured the highlights of San Luis Obispo, giving users control of what they saw and experienced in each scene.
The American Advertising Awards are the latest in a host of award wins for AMF, which has also won numerous Davey, Telly, AVA Digital and Ragan’s PR Daily awards in recent years.
