I am a clinical psychologist and lecturer in Psychology at Liverpool John Moores University, with expertise in cognitive psychology and behavioural science. I have worked and published in the fields of appearance, long-term health conditions (particularly chronic pain), and technology-delivered therapy. My research interests include understanding the processes underpinning psychological difficulties and strengths as a means of developing evidence-led interventions, and considering the wider application of psychological science to society at large.
