Nikki Soo is a political communication and policy researcher specialising on the integration and impact of digital technology in society, media and culture. She presently works on the AHRC-funded project 'Countering Disinformation: Journalistic Legitimacy in Public Service Media' at Cardiff University.
She earned her doctoral degree from Royal Holloway, University of London, where she researched the adoption of digital tools by British MPs in their constituent communication.
