Dr. Kaitlin Schwan is a Senior Researcher at the Canadian Observatory on Homelessness – a policy think tank located at York University focused on preventing and ending homelessness in Canada. Dr. Schwan is also Assistant Professor, Status Only, at University of Toronto’s Faculty of Social Work, where she teaches social policy in the Master’s Program. Dr. Schwan’s program of research focuses on youth homelessness prevention in Canada and beyond, aiming to conduct and mobilize research that will drive proactive policy and practice responses.
