The conference began with a tour of two dozen of the most prestigious properties for sale around all of Lake Tahoe. Those properties were all listed by Chase International, a member of the Artisan Group, with prices ranging from $1 million to nearly $20 million.
The tour was followed by a networking opportunity at the historic Julia Morgan lakefront property. Built in 1928, the residence sits among rolling lawns stretching to the lake, and provided an inspiring venue for members to socialize and network.
The next day’s symposium was held at the Edgewood Golf Club. Included was a comprehensive presentation concerning the nuances and distinctions of the luxury market as well as insights about the future of real estate. Jeff Culbertson, the keynote speaker, is a highly-respected professional in the business and was named one of the “Most Influential Real Estate Executives” by Real Estate Executive Magazine. He offered methods for better understanding buyers and sellers and provided a wealth of information on emerging trends in today’s market. After the keynote address, a panel comprised of several leading luxury agents shared insights and best practices for working with luxury properties.
The Artisan Group is an alliance of premier independent luxury real estate firms throughout California and Northern Nevada who have joined forces to create a greater level of service for their clients and agents. A key goal throughout the event was idea sharing amongst agents and companies in this exclusive network.
“This was an excellent opportunity for Zephyr to get a full perspective of our new alliance with the Artisan Group,” commented Randall Kostick, Zephyr’s President. “The collaboration of experts in the field is extremely valuable and benefits the real estate industry overall in a constantly changing environment.”
