PLEASANTON, Calif., March 28, 2018 -- ZINFI Technologies, Inc., a company leading the definition and creation of Unified Channel Management (UCM) solutions, today announced the launch of its next-generation adaptive SaaS (aSaaS) channel management solution as an iOS app. The new iOS app, which complements the previously available Android version of the ZINFI app, makes the entire Unified Channel Management (UCM) platform and all its modules accessible in a native application via an easy-to-use mobile interface.
Customers with iOS devices can now use the app to change workflows, forms and various business logics for their desktop environment. These capabilities and more will be instantly available via ZINFI’s mobile applications, without requiring further approval and release from the respective app stores. The addition of the ZINFI Unified Channel Management iOS app will help vendors achieve significant increases in partner adoption and engagement, and dramatically reduce release costs.
“Recently we chose to take a ‘mobile-first’ approach to our channel management platform based on the requests and feedback that we have received from our enterprise users at a global level,” said Sugata Sanyal, ZINFI’s founder and CEO. “Most sales, marketing, technical and logistics personnel are constantly on the go and cannot be tied to their desktops. ZINFI’s latest innovation will significantly liberate channel productivity and drive revenue growth.”
“This latest release extends the momentum we’ve been building for some time now. A little more than a year ago we were gratified to be rated number one by a major industry analyst firm for our partner relationship management (PRM) solution. Then, early in 2018, we launched a completely new version of our industry-leading adaptive SaaS (aSaaS) solution that provides unparalleled capabilities for enterprise channel management needs. Today we are extending these capabilities to users of the iOS devices in addition to Android.”
The mobile architecture for both the iOS and Android apps is powered by ZINFI’s newly released adaptive SaaS (aSaaS) platform, which is highly scalable, super-fast, secure and built upon a redundant infrastructure. All new ZINFI accounts will be leveraging this infrastructure immediately, and all existing customers will be migrated over to this new platform over the next three to six months.

As it expands its offerings to meet evolving marketplace demands, ZINFI continues to garner recognition from major analyst firms. “ZINFI’s PRM software platform is well-positioned to address channel globalization. Not only does their platform natively support more languages and currencies than platforms from other pure-play PRM vendors that SiriusDecisions has evaluated, they also have the largest support footprint outside of North America.” – Stephanie Sissler, Senior Research Director, Channel Sales Strategies, SiriusDecisions.
In its Partner Relationship Management (PRM) SiriusView 2017 report analyzing the PRM marketplace, SiriusDecisions conducted a thorough review of ZINFI’s PRM software platform. The PRM SiriusView report praises ZINFI’s focus on integration with other channel management automation systems, offering “discrete PRM, CMM and CSM platforms that also can be seamlessly integrated. This positions ZINFI as the only vendor with a native platform across these three core application areas.”
