V2 Wine Group and Mercer Wine Estates Announce Sales and Marketing Agreement

Sonoma, CA, Aug. 03, 2017 -- V2 Wine Group of Sonoma, California and Mercer Wine Estates of Prosser, WA are proud to announce a sales and marketing agreement between the two companies effective August 1, 2017. Under the terms of the arrangement, V2 Wine Group will provide sales and marketing services and manage the distribution network of Mercer throughout the United States and Canada. The winery first planted grapes in 1972 in Washington State’s Horse Heaven Hills AVA. Brothers Robert and Willis Mercer, fourth generation farmers, operate Mercer, they produce terroir driven, handcrafted wines.

The new V2 and Delicato Family Vineyard’s partnership, which began in March 2017, will showcase their collective organizational strengths utilizing the new combined Chain Retail structure to help Mercer strengthen its position in that important channel. All other channels will be managed exclusively by V2.
