Living two different lives simultaneously can be very difficult, what more if the other role you had to take on is that of a hero. Crazy, right? But it would definitely be cool because you get to have super powers. And that is the crazy and awesome life of our protagonist Jessica Jones played by Kristen Ritter in a titular character published by Marvel Comics and turned into a superhero TV series by Netflix.
After a successful first season of 'Jessica Jones', complete with action and adventure and villains, the next big problem Jessica has to take on is whether or not they get to have a second season. Jones' villain and tormenter Kilgrave played by David Tennant has brought hell to her life. And what better way to make Jones' life even better is to give her another villain. Even without the possibility of a second season for our protagonist, fans all over the world are already debating on who would be next great to villain to wreck havoc and bring distress over the city. One person that they'd love to play the villain is Officer Will Simpson (Wil Traval) turned Nuke who could easily be the "Captain America gone wrong" since he is an NYPD police officer in the show. And with that, Jessica can call on the Defenders in case she needs some help in defeating Nuke.
And mentioning the Defenders, this is one of the reason that 'Jessica Jones' may not have a a second season. There is a conflict with the filming and production schedules of both shows where showrunner Melissa Rosenberg explained the circumstances involved especially now that they are planning for the miniseries of the Defenders. Also, they haven't decided yet if the second season should be shown before or after the Defenders.
Even so, let us not lose hopes and wait for more updates about 'Jessica Jones'.
